The rules
Programme terms.
- Reward
- US$200 for each employee the referred company employs through our Employer of Record service, up to US$1,000 per company.
- When we pay
- After the company’s third month on our service, once its invoices for those three months are paid.
- Who counts
- The employees on our payroll for the company at the end of its third month.
- Which companies
- Companies that are not already our clients, or in talks with us, when you introduce them. If two partners introduce the same company, the first referral we register counts.
- How we pay
- Bank transfer in US dollars or Vietnamese dong. Tax is withheld or declared under Vietnamese law where it applies.
- Cost
- Free to join, with no targets and no exclusivity.

Can individuals join, or only companies?
Both. Accountants, lawyers, recruiters and consultants join as individuals or through their firms; the partner agreement is made with whichever you choose.
How do I refer a company?
Email info@eorvietnam.vn with the company’s name and a contact, or copy us into an introduction email. We reply to confirm the referral is registered to you.
Which services earn the reward?
The reward is for our Employer of Record service. Referrals for payroll and contractor services are welcome too.
What if the company employs more than five people?
The reward is capped at US$1,000 per company, which a company reaches at five employees.
Does the referred company pay more?
No. A referred company pays our published fee of US$99–199 per employee a month, plus VAT, the same as any other client.
