Short answer

What is Nhân Kiệt’s global payroll service?

Nhân Kiệt’s global payroll service calculates payroll for your employees in any country, for US$29 per employee a month plus VAT. You sign one contract directly with Nhân Kiệt — there is no partner or reseller in between — and our payroll team works out each employee’s gross-to-net pay under the rules of the country where they work: income tax withholding, social-security contributions, allowances, overtime, bonuses and deductions. Each month you receive payslips for every employee and a payroll report showing the net pay to transfer and the tax and contribution amounts to pay. Your company, or its entity in each country, stays the employer and makes the payments and filings. It suits companies with staff in several countries that want one consistent payroll calculation and one price. If you need someone to be the legal employer in Vietnam, use our Employer of Record service instead.

How it works

One monthly cycle for every country.

  1. Set-up: you send each employee’s contract terms, country, salary, allowances and tax details.
  2. Each month: you send changes — hours, overtime, joiners, leavers, bonuses.
  3. We calculate gross-to-net pay for every employee under the rules of their country.
  4. You approve the payroll report.
  5. We issue payslips and the final report; you pay salaries and the tax and contribution amounts.

Worked example

Twelve employees in five countries.

Global payroll fees, before VAT
Fee per employee a monthUS$29
Twelve employees a monthUS$348
Twelve employees a yearUS$4,176

The fee is the same in every country, so adding a hire in a new country does not change the price per person.

Common mistakes

Multi-country payroll mistakes.

  • A different spreadsheet in every country, with no consistent checks.
  • Late inputs: overtime and leavers sent after the cut-off date.
  • No payslip where local law requires one each pay period.
  • Paying staff in a country without being registered as an employer there — a payroll service calculates pay; it does not make you an employer.
